Mix 80g* (2 SCOOPS) in 400mL water or your favourite protein shake immediately after sustained strenuous exercise or training.
Recommended Serving size is 1.0g/kg bodyweight, taken 1-3 times daily.
*Based on 1g/kg for an 80kg individual. Use more or less MALTODEXTRIN based on your bodyweight
